As a classic cross bike from the popular Bianchi brand, this model is perfect for everyday users, focusing on stability and convenience.

The frame design offers a good balance of speed and comfort while riding. The center of gravity is slightly higher compared to recent cross bikes, which provides a smooth feeling when starting off and climbing hills.

The seat stays are welded lower than on typical cross bikes, making the rear triangle more compact.

With a high center of gravity and a compact rear triangle, it offers surprising agility despite having thick tires!

The head tube length is in a popular position for cross bike designs, and the stem features an angled design. This allows for a wide range of adjustability, from an "upright position" to a slightly "forward-leaning posture" typical of sports bikes.

Cable routing, excluding the front brake, is internal to the frame, contributing to a clean look and reduced maintenance risk.

Plenty of eyelets are also provided in various places. The wide expandability for baskets, carriers, mudguards, etc., is a welcome feature for daily use.

Furthermore, the C-SPORT2 frame is equipped with mounts for both a side stand and a center stand! This allows for choosing between a convenient side stand for normal use or a more stable center stand when carrying a lot of luggage.

The front fork is a straight, aluminum fork, similar to the frame, contributing to sharp handling performance.

Only the 430 size frame has a different shape. The top tube is welded lower compared to other sizes, which slightly changes its appearance!

About the component configuration of the Bianchi C-SPORT2

The basic specs feature a Shimano 3x8 speed, which is popular for cross bikes.

A significant point of inquiry (and likely the most concern) is that the 2024 C SPORT 2's front derailleur is now made by Shimano!

Due to unstable parts supply, it was temporarily made by Microshift, so the details of the 2024 model are a point of interest!

*As of August 2024, both the "manufacturer's official website" and "in-stock models" indicate Shimano components, but specifications may change during the production period. Please reconfirm at the time of purchase.

The brakes also adopt Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. The previous model used TEKTRO, so this has also been changed. With the return to Shimano components, the levers now integrate the brake and shifter.

The component system seems to indicate a stabilization in parts supply. It's great that many parts have reverted to Shimano!

True to C SPORT style, the tires are 700x38c, which is on the thicker side for a cross bike.

In recent years, bicycle tires, including those on road bikes, have been getting wider. Because of this, the C SPORT, which once felt "thick," now seems surprisingly normal.
