Due to system constraints, if the delivery destination is a remote island, etc., additional charges will be incurred in addition to the automatically calculated shipping fee. Due to the delivery system, orders and payments for remote islands may be completed and an automatic email sent, but delivery to the applicable areas is not supported. For such orders, we will cancel them. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

*If you order medium-sized items such as handlebars or pumps along with any other item, it may take 4-6 business days for the product to ship due to the package size.
*Parts and apparel purchased with a complete bicycle will be free of charge only if they can be packed together with the complete bicycle.

We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times for any products.

◆Days to Ship Parts/Accessories

After your order, once payment/deposit confirmation is complete, we plan to ship within 2-4 business days.
*For complete bicycles, it may take 7-10 business days for assembly, final inspection, packaging, etc.
*For取り寄せ (back-ordered) items from manufacturers, shipping will occur as soon as they arrive.

◆About In-store Pickup (Free Shipping)

If you wish to pick up your items in-store, please confirm the notes below and select this option.

As stated above, please understand in advance that we may not be able to meet your desired pickup date.

For your desired pickup store (in Kyoto City), please select "Delivery: In-store Pickup" on the "Checkout (payment) page".

*In "Pickup location", the distance from your address and our address are listed. This is information for our Katsura warehouse and is a system display, so please be aware.
*For customers who wish for in-store pickup, we will separately contact you by email regarding your desired pickup store.

For pickup, please visit the store listed in the email once you receive confirmation from us that your items have been secured and are ready for pickup.

◆About Seino Transportation Office Stop (Bicycle Shipping Discount)

You can receive a discount on bicycle shipping fees by picking up your bicycle at a Seino Transportation office.

• This service is only for complete bicycles. Parts, apparel, and supplies are not eligible.
• For purchases under 55,000 yen (tax included, excluding handling fees), the shipping fee will be half of the regular shipping fee.
• For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, some charges differ (discounted price compared to home delivery).
• Some branch offices do not offer pickup services.
• Cash on delivery is not accepted for payment.
• Customers are responsible for disposing of bicycle packaging cardboard, etc. (Disposal at the branch office is not accepted.)

To request a Seino Transportation office stop, please specify the desired Seino Transportation pickup branch name in the "Shipping Destination: Seino Transportation Office Stop Request" field on the "Product Page" (above the cart button).

At checkout, the system will temporarily display the standard shipping fee.

Once the Seino Transportation office (pickup branch) is confirmed, we will correct the shipping fee in the billing amount and notify you by email.
