A New Generation All-Road Bike that Expands the Joy of Road Cycling

The KhodaaBloom "TERASTER SL" has arrived as a completely new model. This all-road bike was developed with the aim of enjoying road cycling more freely, breaking away from the stereotype of "road bikes = competition."
Upright Design for Casual Riding

A major feature of the TERASTER SL is its head tube, which is longer than typical road bikes. This allows for a more upright riding position, so even those new to drop handlebars can handle the bike with confidence.
Geometry for Stability

With a low BB drop comparable to gravel bikes and a longer wheelbase, the TERASTER SL offers excellent straight-line stability, providing a reassuring ride feel for touring and long rides.
High Expandability and Practicality

The frame features multiple bolt mounts, offering excellent expandability for adding racks, bottle cages, and more. Its design ensures high riding stability even when loaded, making it ideal for bikepacking and light touring.
Gravel-like Yet Nimble Road Feel

While it has a gravel bike-like appearance, its tire clearance is approximately 35c. While it may be challenging to fit wider gravel tires, it features a frame structure that prioritizes lightweight design and balances cushioning, speed, and stability.
"Not as heavy as a gravel bike, more casual than a pure road bike" — it's truly a bike that expands the joy of road cycling. As a highly anticipated model for 2026, it offers a new option for future riding styles.

Known for its excellent durability and used in entry-level gravel bikes, this groupset is a great match for an all-road bike. ◎

It's great that the crankset is also uniformly Shimano CUES. ◎

The brakes are mechanical disc brakes from TEKTRO. Compared to rim brakes, they offer higher braking power, lower maintenance risk, and ease of use—a sensible choice.

The handlebar is a flared type, wider at the bottom, designed for gravel riding to provide better control on slightly rough terrain.
Most components are uniformly Shimano. Furthermore, CUES offers high durability and versatility, making it a very compatible choice for an all-road bike. ◎

Exhibition Test Ride Report | The TERASTER SL: An "All-Road Bike for Japanese Cities"

At the 2026 KhodaaBloom exhibition I recently attended, I had the opportunity to test ride the TERASTER SL. What I noticed immediately was how well it suited riding in Japanese cities.

While equipped for long rides, the bike's nimble road bike feel, combined with the cushioning of slightly wider tires and an upright position, created a superb riding experience. It felt incredibly smooth on asphalt, making for a very comfortable ride.

If you've ridden a gravel bike before, you might find the TERASTER SL's ride feel similar to "a lightweight aluminum gravel bike."

I could easily imagine someone commuting briskly with a backpack and helmet. It rides smoothly on city asphalt and confidently handles sandy areas in parks or gravel paths along riverbeds.
While it may not be suitable for serious off-road terrain, it possesses the performance to handle most typical Japanese roads. It's capable of long rides if you push it. Moreover, with high expandability for carrying gear, using racks and bags for touring is a viable option.
If you're not into racing, this single bike can handle almost any scenario – truly a model worthy of the "all-road" title.
Summary | A "Versatile All-Road Bike" for Both City and Long Rides
- Longer head tube for an upright and manageable position
- Lower BB & longer wheelbase for stable riding
- Numerous bolt mounts for expandability, suitable for touring and carrying gear
- Tire clearance up to approx. 35c, balancing nimbleness and comfort
- An all-road bike that can be enjoyed for everyday rides and long tours, without being limited to racing

Neither a mere road bike nor a heavy gravel bike.
The TERASTER SL stands in between, allowing you to zip through Japanese cities, effortlessly handle sandy park paths and riverbed gravel roads.
Commute briskly with a backpack in the morning, and embark on a slightly longer tour with bags on the weekend—this bike seamlessly connects your daily life with adventure.
True to its concept of "making the joy of road cycling more casual," it's a new generation all-road model that expands your riding time at your own pace, unbound by racing.
