We offer two cycling plans (selectable) that allow us to introduce the original landscape of old Kyoto, a view not often presented in tourist guides, from the unique perspective of us cyclists. These plans feature a variety of routes: an "on-road course" that includes asphalt roads and historic old roads and forest paths, and a "gravel-inclusive course."

For 2024, the starting point will be "Arashiyama Togetsukyo Bridge," a mecca for tourists, and the goal will be "Takagamine Mercato," a hidden gem of an open-air restaurant in the sky that suddenly appears along an old mountain road.

VILLAGE GREEN ～ライド × フード × ショッピング × キャンプ～

かれこれ10年ほど継続している本イベントですが、今年は9/15の秋に開催する運びとなりました。世界中から常に注目される京都という土地の魅力さながら、毎年県外からも多くの方にご参加頂いております本イベント。しんどくなったらクルマに乗ってOKな「サポートカー」サービス（オンロードコースのみ）も用意されており、体力に自信のない方・初心者～ベテランサイクリストまで、様々な方が楽しめるライド内容となっております。また京都のいち自転車ショップ&そのスタッフのみで運営する手作りイベントという事もあってか、エンドユーザー様のみならず我々と馴染み深いメーカー・卸営業ご担当者様・他自転車ショップスタッフ様も沢山遊びに来ていただいており、立場の垣根こえたコミュニケーションがとれ、アットホームな雰囲気となっております。そんな本イベントですが、今年は大幅にコースともに内容を変更～ブラッシュアップしてお届けします。 ▶「VILLAGE GREEN RIDE 2024」詳細はコチラ

VILLAGE GREEN Ride参加に関する同意書

私はイベント参加にあたり転倒・衝突・接触による事故が私ならびに他の参加者や第三者の死亡を含む重大な事故に至る事を認識した上で走行者として自己責任で参加する事に同意します。
イベント参加にあたり、義務付けられた装備・参加に問題の無い車両状態である事に間違いありません。
走行に的確な健康状態である事に間違いありません。
自己責任での参加を同意している事からイベントに起因する全ての事象に対し、関係者並びに他の参加者・第三者について決して責任を追求したり、損害賠償を要求しない事に同意します。
主催者より定められた情報公開(インターネット/SNS)に基づき、公開禁止事項についてはSNS/ブログに公開いたしません。
駐車場場内での事故/怪我等トラブルについては自己責任として認識し、関係者並びに他の参加者・第三者について決して責任を追求したり、損害賠償を要求しない事に同意します。

※エントリー完了後に参加者様全員の「氏名」「自転車概要」「緊急連絡先」をメールにてお伺いいたします。　イベントを安全に進行する為に必要な情報となります。ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。 ※お客様の個人情報については、責任を持って管理致します。 ※エントリー料金には、ライド後の料理・1ドリンク・ライド保険料が含まれます ※食材を含む本イベントの特性上、悪天候によりライドイベント中止の場合においてもエントリー代をご返金させていただく事が出来ません。ご了承くださいませ。

【悪天候による中止決定時間と確認方法】

ライド中止決定の場合は、9/14（土）23：00頃までに、公式サイトブログ＆各SNS ＆ラインチャットにて発表させていただきます。情報共有・質問、連絡ツールとして LINEオープンチャット「VillageGreenRide 2024」を開設させていただきます。（チャット参加コードはエントリー完了後、参加者の方にのみご案内します）参加に当たっての気になる事を質問していただいたり、当日参加者の皆様同士での写真共有ツールとしてもお使い下さいませ。体調不良や悪天候での走行がご不安な場合等、急遽キャンセルされる場合は、上記ラインチャットにてご連絡下さいませ。＊連絡なしの状態での急な不参加等ないよう社会的常識をもってエントリーお願いいたします。＊事前に自転車の安全点検等を受けていただきます様お願いいたします。

◆Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after it arrives.

Parts, apparel, accessories, and other cycling goods may be returned or exchanged. Return and reshipping costs are covered either by the customer or by our store, depending on the circumstances.
Complete bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of customer preference. We will only accept returns in the event of a product defect or damage during delivery.

◆“In-store Stock” and “Special Order” Items

“In-store Stock” items are currently available at an Eirin store or in our warehouse. Each item will be inspected before being dispatched.
“Special Order” items are ordered from the manufacturer or an authorized Japanese distributor. After the item arrives, we conduct a final inspection before dispatch.

※If “In-store Stock” is unavailable, please select “Special Order.” We will contact you by email once the item has arrived from the supplier.
※If the manufacturer or distributor is also out of stock, the item cannot currently be purchased. Select the “Notify me when available” button to receive a restock notification.

◆From Order to Delivery

From order confirmation to delivery

※① If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and ask whether you would like to change or cancel the item.
※② Items cannot be added, changed, or cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
※③ Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

◆Shipping Carrier

Orders are generally shipped by Seino Transportation.
Another shipping carrier may be used depending on the contents of your order or the delivery area.

◆Pickup at Eirin Stores in Kyoto City

Shipping is free when you collect your order from one of our street-front stores in Kyoto City.
Complete bicycles generally require approximately 1-2 weeks for assembly and inspection before pickup.
Some parts and apparel are stored in our warehouse and may require approximately 1-5 days before they are ready for pickup.

※Due to system limitations, the following payment methods are available for store pickup orders:
Shop Pay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and JACCS Financing
Customers wishing to use another payment method should select standard delivery instead of store pickup.

◆Pickup at a Seino Transportation Branch

Seino Transportation branch pickup service

※Shipping for complete bicycles is free when the bicycle is collected from an eligible Seino Transportation branch.

This service is available only for complete bicycles. Parts, cycling goods, apparel, and accessories are not eligible.
For purchases under ¥55,000 including tax and excluding payment fees, the shipping charge is reduced to half of the standard rate.
Different charges apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. These charges are still lower than residential delivery rates.
