The SURLY "Corner Bar" is a unique handlebar that allows you to enjoy a drop handlebar-like position while still using your existing flat handlebar brake and shift levers.

It's SURLY's answer to the dilemma, "I want to convert to drops, but I don't want to replace my STI levers or components." Made from chromoly, its toughness and distinctive flared shape make it an excellent match for gravel rides and long-distance touring.

While retaining the high braking power and operability characteristic of flat bars, it also ensures cruising performance and comfort through a forward-leaning position. It's also recommended for customizing cross bikes, MTBs, and adventure bikes.

Simply by changing the handlebars, your usual bike will transform with a completely different feel. The places you ride and the ways you play will naturally expand.

◆Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after it arrives.

Parts, apparel, accessories, and other cycling goods may be returned or exchanged. Return and reshipping costs are covered either by the customer or by our store, depending on the circumstances.
Complete bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of customer preference. We will only accept returns in the event of a product defect or damage during delivery.

◆“In-store Stock” and “Special Order” Items

“In-store Stock” items are currently available at an Eirin store or in our warehouse. Each item will be inspected before being dispatched.
“Special Order” items are ordered from the manufacturer or an authorized Japanese distributor. After the item arrives, we conduct a final inspection before dispatch.

※If “In-store Stock” is unavailable, please select “Special Order.” We will contact you by email once the item has arrived from the supplier.
※If the manufacturer or distributor is also out of stock, the item cannot currently be purchased. Select the “Notify me when available” button to receive a restock notification.

◆From Order to Delivery

From order confirmation to delivery

※① If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and ask whether you would like to change or cancel the item.
※② Items cannot be added, changed, or cancelled after the order has been confirmed.

◆Shipping Carrier

Orders are generally shipped by Seino Transportation.
Another shipping carrier may be used depending on the contents of your order or the delivery area.

◆Pickup at Eirin Stores in Kyoto City

Shipping is free when you collect your order from one of our street-front stores in Kyoto City.
Complete bicycles generally require approximately 1-2 weeks for assembly and inspection before pickup.
Some parts and apparel are stored in our warehouse and may require approximately 1-5 days before they are ready for pickup.

※Due to system limitations, the following payment methods are available for store pickup orders:
Shop Pay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and JACCS Financing
Customers wishing to use another payment method should select standard delivery instead of store pickup.

◆Pickup at a Seino Transportation Branch

Seino Transportation branch pickup service

※Shipping for complete bicycles is free when the bicycle is collected from an eligible Seino Transportation branch.

This service is available only for complete bicycles. Parts, cycling goods, apparel, and accessories are not eligible.
For purchases under ¥55,000 including tax and excluding payment fees, the shipping charge is reduced to half of the standard rate.
Different charges apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. These charges are still lower than residential delivery rates.
