SALSA CYCLES ALTERNATOR RACK | A dedicated rear rack that supports Salsa's adventurous spirit
A genuine Salsa rear rack that maximizes the performance of ALTERNATOR dropouts.
Dirt touring, bikepacking, long-distance rides. The ALTERNATOR RACK was developed to leverage the high expandability of Salsa frames.
Designed exclusively for ALTERNATOR dropouts, it attaches directly to the upper pivot bolt. This enhances the sense of integration with the frame while achieving high rigidity and stable load-carrying performance.
The main material is Tubular 6061-T6 aluminum. The 135x325mm cupped deck and large pannier hook stops ensure cargo is securely held not only on paved roads but also on rough dirt.
Furthermore, it comes in three sizes to match rear axle widths: STANDARD, WIDE, and EXTRA WIDE. This versatility means it can accommodate fat bikes like the Mukluk and Beargrease, as well as the Fargo and Timberjack.
