Inflate your sleeping pad quickly without blowing into it. A versatile two-in-one item that simplifies setting up camp.

After a long day on the trail, it is always helpful to make camp and prepare for sleep as quickly as possible. The KIVA OUTDOORS PUMP SACK makes it easy to inflate a compatible sleeping pad by capturing air and pushing it into the valve with a simple rolling motion.

Because there is no need to blow directly into the sleeping pad, the pump sack helps reduce the amount of moisture entering the interior. Once inflation is complete, it can be used as a highly water-resistant stuff sack for clothing, sleeping gear, and other items you want to keep protected, making efficient use of limited packing space on ultralight hikes and bikepacking trips.

Using a pump sack requires less physical effort than inflating a sleeping pad by mouth and makes it easier to achieve a firm, comfortable setup. The reduced moisture entering the pad is particularly reassuring on multi-day trips and in colder conditions.

Since it also works as a storage sack for clothing and sleeping equipment, it is easy to include without adding a single-purpose item to your kit. The S size is well suited to compact hiking setups, while the L size provides more room for clothing and bulkier equipment.

◆Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after it arrives.

Parts, apparel, accessories, and other cycling goods may be returned or exchanged. Return and reshipping costs are covered either by the customer or by our store, depending on the circumstances.
Complete bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of customer preference. We will only accept returns in the event of a product defect or damage during delivery.

◆“In-store Stock” and “Special Order” Items

“In-store Stock” items are currently available at an Eirin store or in our warehouse. Each item will be inspected before being dispatched.
“Special Order” items are ordered from the manufacturer or an authorized Japanese distributor. After the item arrives, we conduct a final inspection before dispatch.

※If “In-store Stock” is unavailable, please select “Special Order.” We will contact you by email once the item has arrived from the supplier.
※If the manufacturer or distributor is also out of stock, the item cannot currently be purchased. Select the “Notify me when available” button to receive a restock notification.

From order confirmation to delivery

※① If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and ask whether you would like to change or cancel the item.

◆Shipping Carrier

Orders are generally shipped by Seino Transportation.
Another shipping carrier may be used depending on the contents of your order or the delivery area.

◆Pickup at Eirin Stores in Kyoto City

Shipping is free when you collect your order from one of our street-front stores in Kyoto City.
Complete bicycles generally require approximately 1-2 weeks for assembly and inspection before pickup.
Some parts and apparel are stored in our warehouse and may require approximately 1-5 days before they are ready for pickup.

※Due to system limitations, the following payment methods are available for store pickup orders:
Shop Pay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and JACCS Financing
Customers wishing to use another payment method should select standard delivery instead of store pickup.

◆Pickup at a Seino Transportation Branch

Seino Transportation branch pickup service

※Shipping for complete bicycles is free when the bicycle is collected from an eligible Seino Transportation branch.

This service is available only for complete bicycles. Parts, cycling goods, apparel, and accessories are not eligible.
For purchases under ¥55,000 including tax and excluding payment fees, the shipping charge is reduced to half of the standard rate.
Different charges apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. These charges are still lower than residential delivery rates.
