A DEITY-style finishing part that instantly enhances the overall look of your bike just by matching colors.

The handlebar area is what you see most during your ride. Just by adding a little color or matching the texture of parts there, the atmosphere of your bike can change dramatically.

The DEITY CROSSHAIR is a custom cockpit part that includes a top cap and three types of spacers. Its precise machined finish and high-gloss anodized colors elegantly organize the handlebar area of your MTB or gravel bike.

This finishing part is easy to use for those who want to match colors with their stem, pedals, seat clamp, etc. While not a large part, it effectively enhances the appearance of the handlebar area.

It is especially recommended for bikes built with DEITY parts or for customs where you want to neatly unify accent colors. With three spacer sizes included, it's a set that allows for a natural and cohesive look even after position adjustments.

◆Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after it arrives.

Parts, apparel, accessories, and other cycling goods may be returned or exchanged. Return and reshipping costs are covered either by the customer or by our store, depending on the circumstances.
Complete bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of customer preference. We will only accept returns in the event of a product defect or damage during delivery.

◆“In-store Stock” and “Special Order” Items

“In-store Stock” items are currently available at an Eirin store or in our warehouse. Each item will be inspected before being dispatched.
“Special Order” items are ordered from the manufacturer or an authorized Japanese distributor. After the item arrives, we conduct a final inspection before dispatch.

※If “In-store Stock” is unavailable, please select “Special Order.” We will contact you by email once the item has arrived from the supplier.
※If the manufacturer or distributor is also out of stock, the item cannot currently be purchased. Select the “Notify me when available” button to receive a restock notification.

◆From Order to Delivery

From order confirmation to delivery

※① If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and ask whether you would like to change or cancel the item.
※② Items cannot be added, changed, or cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
※③ Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

◆Shipping Carrier

Orders are generally shipped by Seino Transportation.
Another shipping carrier may be used depending on the contents of your order or the delivery area.

◆Pickup at Eirin Stores in Kyoto City

Shipping is free when you collect your order from one of our street-front stores in Kyoto City.
Complete bicycles generally require approximately 1-2 weeks for assembly and inspection before pickup.
Some parts and apparel are stored in our warehouse and may require approximately 1-5 days before they are ready for pickup.

※Due to system limitations, the following payment methods are available for store pickup orders:
Shop Pay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and JACCS Financing
Customers wishing to use another payment method should select standard delivery instead of store pickup.

◆Pickup at a Seino Transportation Branch

Seino Transportation branch pickup service

※Shipping for complete bicycles is free when the bicycle is collected from an eligible Seino Transportation branch.

This service is available only for complete bicycles. Parts, cycling goods, apparel, and accessories are not eligible.
For purchases under ¥55,000 including tax and excluding payment fees, the shipping charge is reduced to half of the standard rate.
Different charges apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. These charges are still lower than residential delivery rates.
