The original “CREW CAB” concept was inspired by the freedom of tossing gear into the bed of an American pickup truck. This model carries that same open-ended approach into a bicycle bag, now constructed from TECHNOFORCE STEEL.
TECHNOFORCE STEEL is a high-performance fabric made entirely from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, or UHMW-PE, the same class of advanced fiber used in materials such as Izanas, Dyneema, and Spectra. Despite its remarkably low weight, it offers exceptional resistance to tearing and abrasion.
Because the fabric is not laminated with a film layer, it remains flexible, easy to handle, and pleasantly tactile. Its distinctive texture is reminiscent of traditional Japanese washi paper, gradually developing wrinkles and character with use to become a piece of gear that feels increasingly personal over time.
On the GOOD CREW CAB 2.0, the front pocket has been relocated inside the bag, improving stability and creating a cleaner silhouette when fully loaded. Six webbing straps allow larger items such as sleeping bags and mats to be securely attached.

Waterproofing is not the primary focus of this material, but dry bags and liners are commonly used on touring and bikepacking trips.
