The "BM-7" from MKS (Mikashima Industrial Co.), a long-established Japanese pedal brand, is a long-selling model that reissues popular BMX pedals adopted by American bicycle manufacturers in the 1970s for modern specifications.

While boasting a classic appearance, it inherits MKS's characteristic high rotational performance and meticulous craftsmanship. It has a presence that blends naturally not only with old-school BMX but also with old MTBs, gravel bikes, and commuters.

Based on an aluminum body and cage, it features hand-adjusted cup and cone ball bearings internally. This achieves both smooth rotation and high durability, making it suitable for a wide range of uses from city riding to gravel, BMX, and MTB.

The distinctive wavy cage design provides an excellent fit with sneaker soles. The slightly concave shape towards the center naturally stabilizes the sole of the foot and makes it easier to find the correct foot position.
