Precautions Before Purchasing a Bicycle

●To register your bicycle and join the TS Mark program, we require your personal information (name, address, phone number). If you order bicycle registration and the TS Mark, we will register it using the name, address, and phone number provided for the delivery address.
If you wish to register under a name other than the delivery recipient's, please provide the desired "name, address, and phone number" in the remarks section.

【Please read before purchasing a bicycle】

Bicycles and their peripheral parts require specialized knowledge and equipment for use, assembly, and routine maintenance. Therefore, it is best to purchase from a bicycle shop within a manageable distance for regular visits, if possible, considering post-purchase care.

However, we offer mail-order sales to allow more people to enjoy cycling, considering those who live in areas without bicycle shops carrying desired products, the current difficulty in frequent outings, or the opportunity to acquire rare or used items that are hard to find.

Therefore, when purchasing through mail order, we kindly ask for your understanding of the characteristics of bicycles and peripheral parts, and the precautions for mail-order purchases, as described below.

Please note that we will provide as much support as possible even for mail-order purchases. If you have any problems or questions before or after your purchase, please feel free to contact us.


◆Precautions regarding scratches and paint when purchasing bicycles and parts

  • Bicycles and related parts are industrial products primarily intended for riding/use. Unlike crafts/luxury items (e.g., vases/luxury watches), there are individual differences in painting and surface treatment, such as unevenness, bubbles, and fine dust. Additionally, for bicycles, due to the process of assembling frames/parts that have been painted in separate processes into a bicycle, unavoidable scratches and paint peeling may occur during this process. It is difficult to provide a perfect frame/part completely free of paint unevenness or scratches.
  • Even if scratches or paint unevenness falling under the above are found in the purchased product, we may not be able to offer a discount or return as a defective product.
  • *Please refer to the images below for scratches/paint defects that are not recognized as defects falling under the above. (There may be cases other than the examples in the images that are not recognized as defects.)
  • When purchasing bicycles and parts, we kindly ask that you understand the above content in advance.
  • In the event that such scratches or paint peeling are found, we will perform touch-ups and other possible work to prevent rust or corrosion based on our company's standards, so please rest assured.
  • While we take utmost care in packaging/shipping products, new scratches may occur due to transportation issues. If you find any scratches or defects upon receiving the product, please feel free to contact us.

◆About new bicycles / new parts

  • Generally, the scope of warranty for new bicycles is subject to the contents described in the manufacturer's warranty certificate included with the product (many products do not have a warranty).
  • Sports bikes are vehicles that require frequent maintenance. When purchasing, please understand and agree to the product characteristics shown below.
  • Even in cases of initial defects or malfunctions/damage within the warranty scope, please cooperate by bringing the item to our store. (If there is no store near you, we apologize, but we generally cannot dispatch staff for repairs/inspections.)
  • In the case of an initial defect and if there is no store near you, we will send an empty box. Please cooperate by packaging and returning the product yourself. (Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and if the item is confirmed to be an initial defect upon inspection, we will refund the shipping costs.) Alternatively, in the case of an initial defect and if there is no store near you, if you send us the receipt for repairs performed at a nearby bicycle shop, we will reimburse you.
  • The decision regarding whether or not to visit the store will generally be made by our company.
  • For simple parts replacement, we may ask the customer to perform the replacement themselves.
  • If there is no store near you, free inspections cannot be performed. For safety, please have regular inspections at a nearby bicycle shop (this may be charged in most cases, depending on the bicycle shop).
  • The initial defect warranty is 8 days after arrival. Please contact us within 8 days of product arrival. (Excludes damage due to self-responsibility.)
  • Generally, new bicycles are shipped from the factory in an unfinished state and assembled at the dealership. Very minor scratches may occur during this process or during transportation. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to very minor scratches or dents that do not affect performance at all.
  • Furthermore, for scratches or dents that are clearly judged to affect performance, we will address them by replacing the affected part, but this may involve using a substitute part. In such cases, the substitute part will have equivalent or superior performance.
  • Responses to new product defects and other questions will be determined by the manufacturer or distributor. Please note in advance that even if your opinion differs, the manufacturer or distributor's judgment will apply.

◆About used bicycles / used parts

Used bicycles and parts sold by us have generally been used by their previous owners. Therefore, even without major issues like accidents or falls, there may be minor scratches or scuffs from part installation, uneven paint, or fading.

While we do list noticeable scratches and changes from genuine parts when selling, it is difficult to describe every single detail. For this reason, we also provide photos taken from various angles. When purchasing, please carefully review this product information and make your judgment.

Due to the nature of used products as described above, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or discounts for issues that do not significantly impair their usability. Please understand this.

While used products offer advantages such as lower prices than new items and the ability to acquire discontinued products, please also understand the inherent characteristics of used items as mentioned above.


Sports bikes have higher performance than general bicycles, and consequently, many delicate parts are used. These parts not only wear out with use but also deteriorate in performance over time, regardless of whether they are used or not. Therefore, regular maintenance is necessary.

We recommend that customers perform simple daily maintenance (tire inflation and chain lubrication) themselves, and for tasks beyond that, we recommend bringing the bicycle to a bicycle shop, as specialized equipment and techniques are required.
