We would like to inform you about our business hours during Golden Week as follows.

Inquiries and Shipping Operations Closure Period

Saturday, May 3, 2025 – Tuesday, May 6, 2025

*During this period, due to the closure of our shop / each manufacturer (agency), product delivery information and product delivery may be delayed more than usual.

【Please note】

For complete bicycle orders, we require time for assembly inspection to packaging. Therefore, orders placed after Friday, April 25, may be shipped after Golden Week, on or after Wednesday, May 7.
Even for products shipped before Golden Week, there is a possibility that delivery may occur after Golden Week due to shipping circumstances.

During the above period, online orders will be accepted as usual. We will respond to inquiries regarding stock availability and delivery times sequentially from Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
