◆ What are Pre-order Products?

Products eligible for pre-order purchase are as follows:

• Products for which current stock is out of stock at the manufacturer and distributor, but there is a future delivery (production) schedule and reservations can be made.
• Products that distributors do not keep in constant stock and are handled by取り寄せ (取り寄せ, ordering from the manufacturer).
• Products for which inventory status at the manufacturer and distributor is unstable (e.g., limits on production numbers within a period), and inventory confirmation is required with the manufacturer and distributor each time.

For pre-order products, we will secure the item after receiving your pre-order.

【Note】Depending on the timing of your pre-order, we may not be able to secure the product.
For example, due to manufacturer's production circumstances, or if the maximum number of reservations has been reached.
In such cases, if we areunable to secure your pre-ordered product after you have placed an order, we will proceed with a cancellation (full refund).

◆ Regarding Product Arrival Time

After your pre-order is confirmed, we will notify you of the "scheduled delivery date" by email.
However, please note that for pre-order products, the delivery date may shift due to production circumstances. We will notify you again by email if there is a significant change in the scheduled delivery date.

Once products arrive, we will ship them sequentially according to the order in which they were received.

◆ Regarding Simultaneous Orders

If you order pre-order products and regularly stocked products together, they will be shipped together once the pre-order products are ready.
If you wish to receive only the regularly stocked products first, please contact us. We will only accommodate requests from customers who contact us directly. (Separate shipping and handling fees will apply if pre-order and regularly stocked products are shipped separately.)

◆ Regarding Payment

Full payment is required in advance. We will proceed with preparing your order once payment completion is confirmed.

◆ Regarding Cancellations

* We do not accept cancellations due to customer circumstances.
* Due to unstable manufacturing/material procurement conditions, specifications / sales prices / estimated arrival dates may change without prior notice.
Please understand and place your order with the acknowledgement that we will not be able to offer discounts, free exchanges, or cancellations due to the above changes.

Due to changes in production numbers at the manufacturer's discretion, or production status such as discontinuation, we may not be able to secure your pre-ordered product.
If scratches or defects are found on pre-ordered products, we will notify you individually, but we may not be able to provide a replacement.
In the above cases, we will process a cancellation (full refund). Thank you for your understanding.
