Regarding "in-store stock" vs. "orderable stock"

For some products that are out of stock at our store, we can order them from the manufacturer (domestic distributor).

  • Regarding "In-store stock" products
    ⇒ We will inspect and ship from our Eirin Group stores or our warehouse stock.
  • Regarding "取り寄せ (Order)" products
    ⇒ We will order from the manufacturer and domestic authorized distributor, perform a final inspection at our store, and then ship the product.

* If "In-store stock" is out of stock, please select "取り寄せ (Order)".
* We will inform you separately via email regarding the delivery time (days from arrival to delivery) for ordered products.
* We will place the order with the manufacturer (distributor) after you confirm your intent to purchase. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the order has been placed.
* If the manufacturer (distributor) does not have stock, you cannot purchase the product at this time. Please use "Notify me when back in stock" to be informed when it becomes available. ▶Click here for restock notifications
* For products that we have in stock, we do not accept orders. Even if you select "取り寄せ (Order)", we will prioritize shipping from our existing stock.
* Please note that some products cannot be ordered. (Products for which the "取り寄せ (Order)" button is not displayed cannot be ordered.)
