◆About Returns
For goods (parts, accessories, apparel, etc.)

If you wish to return an item
For returns due to customer convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. -
If you wish to exchange an item
For exchanges due to customer convenience, such as size or color exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping fee, and we will bear the reshipping fee for the exchanged item (first time only).
For bicycles (assembled bicycles)

We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for assembled bicycles due to customer convenience. -
For defective products or damage during transport
If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, we will arrange for a return or exchange at our expense for both outward and return shipping.
Important points
*After receiving your return request, we will inspect the product's condition.
In any of the following cases, we may refuse a return/refund or reduce the refund amount:
- If the product is deemed used (e.g., tire wear from riding, dirt or gravel adhesion, scent of perfume or sweat).
- If the product has scratches, stains, damage, wrinkles, riding scratches, or tool marks.
- If product tags, labels, or accessories (instruction manuals, tools, spacers, etc.) are missing.
- If the product packaging (box, bag, protective material, etc.) is significantly damaged or soiled.
If a return is refused for any of the above reasons, the product will be returned to the customer COD.

◆About Defective Products
- For used or outlet products, we cannot accept complaints or returns due to surface scratches, rust, or dirt. Please order with the understanding that these are used products.
- The presence or absence of product defects will be determined by the manufacturer or our company. If there is a difference of opinion between the customer and the manufacturer (and our company), our decision will be final. Please be aware of this in advance.
- If a product you ordered has a manufacturing defect and cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund. Please note that even if this means the product does not arrive by your desired date, we will only refund the product price.
- Similarly, even if we are unable to deliver the product due to our error, we will only refund the amount you paid. We cannot be held responsible for anything beyond this, and we appreciate your understanding.
