Important notes after purchasing your bicycle
About Initial Defects and Inspections
- While high-performance, sports bikes are delicate and require regular maintenance. Please understand this characteristic before purchasing.
- If an initial defect is suspected, please bring the bike to our store first.
※If there is no store nearby, we do not offer on-site service.
- If our store is far away, we may send an empty box and ask you to pack and return the item. The shipping fee for this will initially be borne by the customer, but will be refunded if the item is confirmed to be defective.
- If repaired at a local bike shop, we will reimburse you upon presentation of the receipt.
- For simple parts replacements, we may ask you to perform the work yourself.
- Free inspections are only performed at our store. Customers who are far away are requested to have a paid inspection at a local bike shop.
- The initial defect warranty is valid for 8 days after arrival. Please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives.
- If there is no store nearby, brake and gear adjustments will be at the customer's expense.
About Sports Bike Characteristics
- Sports bikes' performance degrades over time, regardless of use (e.g., tires naturally deflate).
- Wear and tear or shifting misalignment may occur with use. These can often be resolved with simple maintenance or adjustments, so please consult your local bike shop.
- Please read the manual provided at delivery carefully and perform regular inspections and maintenance of all parts.
About Defective Product Replacement
- For scratches or dents that clearly impair performance, we will provide a parts replacement.
- In this case, alternative parts may be of equivalent or higher performance.
