As part of our efforts to improve service quality, we have reviewed the free shipping threshold for orders placed on our official online store.
Effective from orders placed on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM JST, the free shipping threshold will be lowered as follows:
Free shipping for parts, accessories, and apparel orders totaling 5,500 JPY (including tax, excluding fees) or more.
*Completed bicycles are not eligible for this service.
*Some regions, such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, are excluded.
*Shipping fees for orders placed before the service implementation will be based on the previous price.
*Please refrain from canceling orders due to the revision of the free shipping threshold.
*Shipping fees may differ for purchases made outside the official online store.

Free shipping for parts, accessories, and apparel orders totaling 11,000 JPY (including tax, excluding fees) or more.
