Notice Regarding Inquiries and Shipments

Compared to previous years, we have received more requests (inquiries/sales, etc.) both in-store and online.
While we strive to respond to online inquiries as quickly as possible in the order they are received, please confirm the following information when placing an order or making an inquiry.

◎ Please note that it may take approximately 2-3 business days to respond to inquiries.
[Order to Shipment]
[Bicycles] It takes approximately 1-2 weeks from product arrival to assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping arrangements. Please see below for the reasons.
- The period from bicycle order reception to shipping includes priority work based on the order of previous orders.
- The department responsible for assembling online store orders and shipping is located separately from the store and is closed on weekends and holidays (for safety reasons such as preventing scratches on the frame and for smooth shipping).
- After an order is received, three stages of work - assembly, final inspection, and packaging - are performed by different staff members as a double-check.
- Packaged bicycles are large items, and there are daily pickup limits imposed by the shipping company.
[Goods] It takes 2-4 business days from stock confirmation to packaging and shipping arrangements.

We have received multiple reports of customers not receiving our replies (emails) to their orders and inquiries.
When entering your email address, please check the following points.
- Carrier email (@docomo.ne.jp, @ezweb.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, @i.softbank.jp, etc.)
⇒ PC emails may not be received or may be rejected by default, so please use an address other than a carrier email. - PC email (gmail, yahoo, etc.)
⇒ Our replies may be automatically sorted into the spam folder, so if you do not receive a reply from us, please check all folders.
*Please note that it may take even longer during busy periods. We kindly ask that you refrain from making urgent requests if possible.
